For blank, slow, file download, or unable to load page problems

For Internet Explorer users do the following: |

Under the top browser menu select Tools, Internet Options, then

Under General Tab: Temporary Internet Files: Click on Delete Cookies and Delete Files.

Under General Tab: Click on "Settings" and make sure "Automatically" is set and at least 100 MB is set under "Amount of disk space to use".

Under Advanced tab: Click on "Restore Defaults". Then Click on "Apply".
| | • |
Under Connections tab: Click on "LAN settings" and Remove check
mark on Automatically detect settings. Make sure there are no check marks on this screen.
Click on "Ok" to exit.

To exit click on "Ok". Then exit out of all browser windows and restart your browser.
Restarting your computer may also be needed.

Firewall issues : Zone Alarm and Intenet Security can cause the same problems (blank page, download or unable to load file).
Try temporarily disabling the firewall and then try StockConsultant. If it works then try to set
the firewall back to default settings (for Zone Alarm) and make sure that Javascript/scripting is accepted/allowed.
Also if needed add www.stockconsultant.com as a trusted site.

ZoneAlarm issues : Some people have had to turn off cookie block and ad block to login.
Always keep cookie block OFF under ZoneAlarm, this will allow you to save stocks/settings and stay logged in.

Make sure you have cookies enabled (getting bumped back to login after 30 secs)
| • | If your stocks are not being saved or if you are getting
bumped back to the login screen after 30 seconds then make sure your cookies are set correctly.

| • | For Internet Explorer users make sure your privacy and security
settings are set to "Medium". Under Internet Explorer menu: Tools, Internet Options, click on the "Security" and
"Privacy" tabs and make sure both are set to default "Medium" and click on Ok.

| • | For Firefox users make sure your browser accepts cookies to be set.
Under FireFox menu: Tools, Options, Privacy, Cookies tab make sure "Allow sites to set cookies" is checked and click on Ok.

| • | After the changes exit and restart the browser. |
